Privacy and Enrollment Access Policy
A.O.H Church Of God,INC Ministerial Training Academy is a protected training environment. Privacy, enrollment review, and controlled access are part of the academy's accountability structure.
Privacy
The academy handles personal and ministry-related information only for legitimate training, account, and leadership review purposes.
The academy collects enrollment and account information such as name, email address, phone number, church affiliation, pastor name, district, and related training records.
This information is used only to review enrollment requests, provide approved users with access to training, track course progress, issue certificates, respond to password reset requests, and maintain ministry accountability.
Protected lesson activity, quiz attempts, certificate actions, and administrative actions may be logged to help secure the platform and preserve an accurate training record.
The academy does not provide open public access to student training records. Certificate verification is limited to the verification details intentionally published for issued certificates.
Information is shared only with authorized leadership, approved administrators, technical service providers supporting the academy, or when required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
Enrollment Required Before Access
All students must be enrolled and approved before they receive access to the training site.
Every student must submit an enrollment request and be reviewed by academy leadership before receiving site access.
Submitting a registration or enrollment request does not automatically create access to protected lessons, quizzes, exams, certificates, or student dashboards.
Only approved users with confirmed credentials may enter protected student areas of the site.
Leadership may delay, deny, suspend, or remove access when enrollment information is incomplete, inaccurate, outside ministry requirements, or no longer approved.
Administrative access is restricted by role. Master administrators have full academy control, while second-tier administrators are limited to approved training-management tasks.
Use of Protected Content
Lessons, quizzes, certificates, and related training materials are provided for approved academy use only. Access controls, watermarking, and account review are used to protect instructional material and preserve leadership oversight.
